We understand sizing is important at Alleys Playhouse. Please reach out to confirm sizing (if you may have questions) prior to placing an order to avoid needing a different size. We do apologize however due to sanitation purposes there will be no exchanges. We want all of our customers to know that they are getting sanitary products from us at all times. SHIPPING POLICY

We appreciate you for trusting us to send your merchandise to you. Please understand order processing time vs shipping time. Orders are processed 1-2 days after submitting your payment. After the order is processed it will be shipped according to whatever shipping option you chose. 

"Pick up" options are available in Lake County. Choose pick up at checkout and wait to receive your pick up text message.
